We pride ourselves on how hard we work and the care we take in carrying out our job. Very early on in its inception, Addington Ball started winning awards for the recruitment services it provides. In 2013, our first full year of operation, we received the highest level Gold award at the Best for Recruitment Awards in the Accountancy sector. We were delighted to follow this up in 2014 with the Gold award again for Accountancy recruitment but also in the Midlands category. As a specialist accountancy recruitment consultancy based in and focused on the Midlands region this was particularly pleasing!

These awards were primarily based on case studies of recruitment campaigns that we have managed and was supplemented and endorsed by testimonials from both the clients and candidates involved.
At the time as a relatively newly established business, the nature of these awards were particularly pleasing as it fully endorsed our ethos as a business and the services that we have and will continue to provide.
We will continue to work hard to build upon this and hopefully win many more awards in the future!
