We supported a large regional firm in their search for a qualified practice professional. They had engaged with multiple agencies and been sent the same CV’s on multiple occasions as well as advertised themselves, and grew frustrated at the amount of irrelevant applications.
This is a practice which we have supported on multiple occasions before, so we had a good idea of the specific requirements the client was looking for in a candidate. We were approached by a candidate that had made their first move from practice into industry, and it hadn’t quite been what was expected.
The client moved immediately to meet the candidate and put their best foot forward when putting together an offer for the candidate. The candidate is settling in very well, with both client and candidate very happy with the outcome.

Salary banding - £45,000 - £55,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting your clients directly, helping them to achieve their ambitions and goals
- Planning & preparation of accounts for a portfolio of owner managed businesses (OMBs) - limited companies, partnerships, sole traders
- Oversee and prepare corporation tax returns, partnership and personal tax returns
