The nature of recruiting for a Semi-Senior with both accounts and audit experience provides complexity due to the hybrid nature of the role and the mid-level bottleneck of candidate supply throughout the practice market.
At this level, it is becoming increasingly common for candidates to be tied into study support contracts and owe fees back should they move on. As well as that, the vast level of exposure and experience can vary between candidates, creating an uncertainty as to the perceived level of candidates against the existing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual accounts and tax computation for sole traders, partnerships and Ltd companies
- Conducting audit fieldwork, ensure a smooth audit process in the execution
- Liaise with clients to gather information, resolve queries and provide advice when required
