About the Role

Looking for more variety and responsibility in your accounting career? As an Accounts Senior Associate, you'll join a growing Business Services team in London, where no two days look the same. This is your chance to work closely with clients across diverse sectors, from small private companies to partnerships and sole traders, while being part of a supportive and collaborative office environment.

Split between year-end accounts, management accounts, and draft tax computations, this role offers a balance of technical work and client interaction.

As an Accounts Senior Associate you'll be trusted to manage your own portfolio, contribute to specialist assignments, and have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues along the way. If you enjoy working independently but also value the support of a knowledgeable team around you, this role could give you the best of both worlds.

You'll benefit from tailored development, ongoing mentoring, and a benefits package designed to make life easier both in and out of work. For someone ready to take the next step in their accounting career, this is a chance to build confidence, skills, and client exposure while being recognised for your contribution.

Role Overview:

  • Prepare year-end and management accounts across a varied client portfolio
  • Produce VAT returns and draft tax computations
  • Review accounts files for accuracy and completeness
  • Provide occasional supervision and guidance to junior colleagues
  • Take part in ad hoc assignments and office-based duties as needed

What we are looking for:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified
  • Strong experience producing accounts from both manual and digital records
  • Proficient in Sage and QuickBooks
  • Clear communicator with excellent time management skills
  • Adaptable, organised, and able to prioritise under pressure

What's on Offer:

  • £50,000 to £55,000 salary
  • Birthday leave as an extra paid day off
  • Access to mentoring and professional development programmes
  • Wellbeing support via a dedicated platform
  • Opportunities to grow your career within a forward-thinking practice

Register your interest by applying today or call Richard Davies or Luke Scale on 01926 290 290 to discuss this opportunity further, always in complete confidence.
