About the Role
If you've reached the stage in your career where you enjoy leading audits but want more influence, more variety, and a genuine route towards Responsible Individual status, this could be exactly what you've been waiting for.
This is an opportunity to join a growing independent accountancy practice where your opinion matters, your ideas are welcomed, and your career isn't limited by layers of hierarchy. Whether you're already operating at Senior Manager level or you're an experienced Audit & Accounts Manager ready for the next step, you'll be supported by approachable Partners who want to help you develop. If becoming an RI is part of your long-term plan, you'll have the backing and exposure to make it happen while enjoying genuine flexibility, a broad client portfolio and the chance to become a key figure within the firm's future.
