Our client is a leading hospitality investment, development, and management group with over $4 billion in assets under management and a portfolio of more than 90 hotels across the United States. Known for its entrepreneurial culture, financial strength, and operational excellence, the business continues to expand nationally through strategic acquisitions and value-driven growth.
This opportunity sits within one of the group’s major divisions — a business unit overseeing approximately 90 hotels — which is now embarking on a significant transformation program to modernize its financial systems, data infrastructure, and technology platforms. The division is evolving to become a more connected, efficient, and insight-led organization.
The Role
We are seeking a visionary Chief Financial & Technology Officer (CFO/CTO) to join the divisional leadership team. This is a high-impact position combining strategic financial leadership with digital transformation oversight.
The successful candidate will define financial strategy, modernize systems, and lead technology innovation to build a scalable, data-driven foundation for continued growth.
About You:
- Proven experience as a CFO, CTO, or senior executive overseeing both finance and technology functions.
- Background in hospitality, real estate, or other multi-site, asset-heavy industries.
- Track record in leading large-scale technology or digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, business intelligence, and property management systems.
- Commercially focused, data-literate, and collaborative, with the ability to influence across all levels.
- Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, or Technology; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
