About the Role

Ever wanted to work with clients whose names you already know?

Imagine looking after the finances of people who perform on stage, appear on your TV screens and compete in packed out stadiums.

You'll be joining a value-led, people-first firm that supports big names across entertainment, media, and sport. Think of it as accounting with a twist - where no two days (or clients) are ever the same.

As a Client Accountant, you'll be supporting clients with everything from daily banking to year-end accounts and management reports. You'll act as a trusted partner while you continue to grow your own career prospects in a supportive, forward-looking environment, offering fully funded study support.

If you're a practice professional that is AAT qualified or working towards ACCA or ACA (ICAEW), this could be the perfect place to level up your career, gain exposure to fascinating clients, and enjoy a workplace that genuinely invests in you.

Role Overview

  • Support and manage a small portfolio of clients
  • Preparation of consolidated accounts for small, medium and Ltd companies
  • Prepare management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cashflow reports
  • Manage personal finances, payments, reconcile accounts, and oversee day-to-day banking
  • Handle VAT and corporation tax returns with accuracy and insight

The Ideal Candidate

  • AAT qualified or studying towards ACCA or ACA with previous experience of Financial Accounts / Year-end Accounts from within practice
  • Confident using accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks etc.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work towards deadlines
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to build long-term client relationships

What's on Offer

  • Starting salary up to £36,000
  • Fully funded ACCA/ACA study support package
  • Continuous learning and career development opportunities
  • Real progression potential to Management & beyond, if desired
  • 23 days holiday plus public holidays
  • A fun, relaxed and inclusive culture with relaxed dress code
  • Modern Bromsgrove offices with parking
  • Pension scheme, health plans, and a few extra perks too
