Due to client growth, a nationally established accountancy practice based in Northampton require a Corporate Tax Senior / Assistant Manager in what is a varied, mixed tax opening.
The Corporate Tax Senior / Assistant Manager opportunity provides the perfect blend of corporate and personal tax work, giving you the chance to flex your advisory expertise while diving into more complex compliance tasks. The role lends itself to being more advisory focused, being at the forefront of delivering strategic tax advice as well navigating challenging, complex compliance issues.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and cultivate client relationships, ensuring tax services are executed efficiently and effectively
- Provide tax advice to individuals, partnerships, company's and trusts
- Oversee tax compliance, ensuring submissions are accurate and timely
- Identify, investigate, and resolve complex tax issues, providing clear and comprehensive solutions
- Supervise and mentor tax staff, fostering a constructive and supportive learning environment
- Liaise with HMRC and other regulatory bodies when required
What we are looking for:
- ATT/CTA qualified or equivalent relevant tax advisory experience from within a practice environment
- Proficient understanding of the tax legislation and the practical application
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities
