You'll work closely with senior management, supporting decision-making while maintaining high standards of accuracy and control.
Role Overview
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts
- Oversee multi-currency group VAT declarations
- Balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and maintain fixed asset registers
- Support cash flow management and treasury activities
- Collaborate with auditors and external payroll providers
- Assist the Head of Finance with information for strategic decision-making
- Oversee an Accounts Assistant and support the wider finance team.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong management accounting background, ideally within a multi-entity environment
- Experience with VAT, ideally European (EU)
- Excellent Excel and system skills (NetSuite or similar experience advantageous)
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Naturally organised, accurate, and curious about process improvement
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
