Responsibilities:
- Planning, delivering and completing accounts and audit assignments
- Supervising and supporting junior team members on jobs
- Building trusted relationships with clients from start to finish
- Working hands-on across a varied client portfolio
- Identifying risks, issues and opportunities during assignments
- Taking a business-partner approach to client conversations
The ideal candidate
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or very close to qualification
- Experience across accounts and audit within practice
- A solid grounding in UK GAAP with broad tax awareness
- Confident communicating with clients and colleagues
- Comfortable supervising others and sharing knowledge
- Commercially aware and proactive in spotting opportunities
