Job Description
Immediate need for a part time Accounts Assistant in Coventry.
My Coventry based client requires an Accounts Assistant to work on a part time basis, 3 days per week. This is an ongoing temporary requirement for a minimum of 2 months.
Previous experience of QuickBooks and Excel is required.
Main duties;
- Processing accounts payable invoices (purchase ledger)
- Purchase orders
- Raising invoices
- Inter-company re-charges
- Internal liaison and external dealings with customers
- Liaise with external accountants.
Requirements;
- Previous purchase ledger / accounts assistant experience
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software is ESSENTIAL
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Eager and willingness to help - 'hands on' approach.
