A highly regarded professional services firm seek a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their central finance team based in Central Milton Keynes. Genuine work life balance within a reputable and growing business.
The Purchase Ledger Clerk will sit within the structured internal finance team reporting to the Finance Director, collating and processing invoices, administering expenses and ensuring payments are completed, including in foreign currency.
Processing supplier invoices via the ERP system
Weekly review of purchase order listing and chase outstanding invoices
Monthly review of supplier accounts, resolving queries and matching payments
Processing of payment runs via BACS and cheques
Processing of weekly foreign payment run
Posting of intercompany invoices
Review and process expenses
Support with the quarterly payment and cash flow forecasts.
Previous invoice processing experience working within an Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger finance function
Effective communicator with confidence in dealing with key stakeholders both internally and externally and at all business levels
Strong IT skills including MS Excel
Highly numerate with strong attention to detail and accuracy at inputting data.

Base salary up to £28,000, dependent upon experience
