Role Overview

• Manage a varied portfolio of corporate clients, becoming their trusted adviser and main point of contact.
• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
• Review audit files, statutory accounts and corporation tax computations.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior colleagues, helping them build confidence and progress their careers.
• Work closely with partners on advisory projects, business planning and new opportunities.
• Help shape efficient working practices and contribute to the continued development of the audit team.

The Ideal Candidate

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
• A strong background in audit and accounts within an accountancy practice.
• Experience leading audits and managing or supervising colleagues.
• Comfortable building relationships with clients and providing practical, commercially focused advice.
• Someone who enjoys developing people, sharing ideas and taking ownership.
• Knowledge of corporate taxation, with experience of charities or academies an added advantage.
