This Finance Manager opportunity gives you the chance to move beyond simply reporting the numbers. You'll work closely with operational teams, dig into what's driving performance and use your commercial understanding to help improve margins, control costs and identify efficiencies, with a strong focus on sustainability.

As Finance Manager, you'll have plenty of variety and exposure too. From management reporting and forecasting to costing, inventory and business partnering, you'll gain visibility across the operation and work directly with senior stakeholders.

Role Overview

• Take ownership of month-end reporting, management accounts, KPIs and Board packs
• Partner with operational teams to understand performance and improve profitability
• Manage manufacturing costing, production variance and margin analysis
• Oversee inventory controls, reconciliations, stocktakes and valuation
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and scenario modelling
• Co-ordinate financial controls & reporting, including processes and systems

The Ideal Candidate

• A qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, ICAEW, CIMA) with strong experience from a manufacturing, inventory or stock environment
• Comfortable working alongside operational teams and senior stakeholders
• Commercially astute, with an analytical approach to aid operational & business performance
